At Glitch Productions Store, we want you to love your gear, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once we inspect the items.
